Martaja at Maavven

Maaven has partnered with local cooking class provider Martaja to help you connect with Mexico through its food.

In an experience designed exclusively for Maavven, and with the guidance of Martaja’s expert chefs, you’ll prepare all of your favorite Mexican dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.

Master tamales, mole, salsas & tortillas in a hands-on cooking class, then feast on your creations at a dinner table laid with local artisanal serveware.

Throughout the experience, enjoy Mexican craft beer and wine, Martaja’s original cocktails, and local soft drinks.

Tamal starter (tamal verde or tamal de elote), mole main (manchamanteles or mole verde), salsas, tortillas, dessert, Mexican craft beer, wine, original cocktails, & soft drinks

7 days a week, 10AM-4PM start time, approximately 6 hour duration
